Jonathan is a Global Pay Equity Consultant at Trusaic, where he helps organizations analyze pay practices, identify disparities, and build data-driven strategies to advance workforce equity and diversity. He brings over a decade of consulting experience, including serving as a Principal with Mercer’s Workforce Strategy & Analytics team, advising Fortune 500 companies on equity, inclusion, and organizational analytics. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
